Polycarbonate waste and recycling is a major concern for today’s optical disc manufacturing facility, and the Sprue Recycle from DaTARIUS can help replicators to make huge savings by reusing raw material, and it is used in some of the world’s largest facilities.

The Recycler processes sprues in a closed loop process by collecting them directly from the moulding machine, grinding them and re-injecting them with virgin polycarbonate. When equipped with a special Sprue Conveyor (SC) it can collects sprues from two moulding machines. This compact unit is simple to install and compatible with most of the existing moulding machines and conveying equipments.
